The festival of colors, Holi, brought vibrant energy and unity to the Helping Handfelt Craft factory this year. As spring bloomed, so did the joy among our artisans, as they celebrated together with laughter, colors, music, and sweets.

The courtyard of the factory transformed into a joyful space where women and staff, usually busy crafting exquisite felt products, took a well-deserved break to smear colors on each other and dance to traditional songs. Homemade delicacies like sel roti, gujiya, and lassi were shared, reflecting the warmth and togetherness of the Helping Handfelt community.

This Holi wasn’t just about colors—it was about breaking barriers. Many of our artisans, who had once been confined to their homes, now freely celebrated with pride and independence. For many of them, this was their first public Holi celebration—a testament to how far we've come in building a safe, inclusive, and joyous workspace.

As the colors settled, what remained was a deeper bond among the women—a reminder that Helping Handfelt Craft isn’t just a workplace, but a family celebrating life together.
